I’m running for Congress to put the Central Valley first and protect the American Dream for the next generation. This campaign is about fighting for reliable water, safe communities, strong jobs, and immigration reform grounded in order, dignity, and stability.

I believe the Valley deserves leadership that shows up, works hard, and delivers results.

Platform & Core Policies

Water

Water is the lifeblood of the Central Valley. Our farmers, families, and local communities depend on a reliable water supply to thrive. I will fight for practical water policies that expand storage, improve infrastructure, cut unnecessary red tape, and protect the Valley’s ability to grow food, create jobs, and sustain our way of life.

Education

Every child deserves access to a quality education and every parent deserves a voice in that education. I believe in strong schools, high standards, classroom accountability, and pathways that prepare students for success whether that means college, career training, military service, or entering the workforce. Education should open doors and keep the American Dream within reach.

Immigration Reform

America deserves an immigration system that is lawful, orderly, and humane. I support immigration reform grounded in order, dignity, and stability. We must secure the border, enforce the law, and also recognize the value of a system that is fair, functional, and respectful of human dignity. We can uphold the rule of law while pursuing reforms that strengthen families, our workforce, and our country.

American Dream

The American Dream changed my life, and I believe it must remain alive for the next generation. That means fighting for an economy where hard work is rewarded, small businesses can grow, families can afford to live, and young people can build a future right here in the Valley. We need leadership that restores opportunity, protects freedom, and keeps hope alive in our communities.

Grounding Leadership in Service and Sacrifice

My leadership was forged through 23 years of service in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army, where I led in high-pressure environments and made decisions with real consequences. Serving our country taught me the value of discipline, accountability, and putting mission before self.

From deployments in the Balkans, Iraq, and Afghanistan to leading soldiers in combat, I learned that leadership is not about titles, it is about responsibility. It is about earning trust, standing firm under pressure, and never losing sight of the people you serve.

That same commitment guides me today. I’m running for Congress because the Central Valley deserves proven leadership grounded in service, shaped by sacrifice, and focused on results.
